However, the materials are not intended to replace the official curriculum, candidate guide, study guide, exam policies, or other information published by the Global Association of Risk Professionals.
Users should consult official GARP materials for the most current and authoritative information regarding the Risk and AI Certificate and Exam.

Northwind Prep is an independent exam-preparation provider.
Northwind Prep is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, or associated with the Global Association of Risk Professionals, Inc. or any of its affiliates.
Any reference to GARP, the Risk and AI Certificate, the RAI Exam, the RAI curriculum, or related terminology is made solely to identify the examination and educational program for which Northwind Prep provides independent preparation materials.
GARP®, RAI™, Risk and AI™, and any related names, logos, marks, designations, or intellectual property are owned by the Global Association of Risk Professionals or their respective owners. Northwind Prep does not claim ownership of those marks. GARP’s current Terms of Use state that its trademarks, logos, and other proprietary material may not be used without prior written consent.
3. No Official or Actual Exam Questions
Northwind Prep’s practice questions and mock examinations are independently developed for study and practice purposes.
They are not official GARP questions and are not taken from, copied from, reproduced from, or based on confidential, recalled, leaked, or otherwise unauthorized exam content.
Northwind Prep does not represent that its questions will appear on the official RAI Exam. Any similarity between Northwind Prep questions and official examination questions is coincidental or results from both addressing concepts contained in the publicly identified RAI curriculum.
The format, difficulty, wording, topic distribution, and content of the official examination may differ from Northwind Prep’s materials.
4. No Guarantee of Exam Success
Purchasing, accessing, completing, or achieving a particular score on Northwind Prep materials does not guarantee that a user will pass the RAI Exam, obtain the RAI Certificate, achieve a particular examination score, or receive any professional, academic, financial, or employment benefit.
Exam performance depends on many factors, including the user’s prior knowledge, study time, understanding of the official curriculum, examination preparation, and performance on the examination date.
Any scores, performance indicators, suggested benchmarks, readiness assessments, or study recommendations provided by Northwind Prep are intended only as general preparation tools. They should not be interpreted as predictions or guarantees of official exam performance.
5. Official Curriculum and Exam Requirements
The official RAI curriculum, examination structure, learning objectives, topic weightings, registration requirements, fees, dates, policies, delivery methods, and other program information are determined solely by GARP and may change at any time.
Northwind Prep does not control and is not responsible for such changes.
Users are responsible for confirming all current examination requirements directly through official GARP sources. GARP provides the official curriculum, study materials, policies, and practice resources through its own website and GARP Learning platform.
Northwind Prep may update its materials following curriculum changes, but it does not guarantee that every change will be reflected immediately.
6. Accuracy and Completeness
Northwind Prep makes reasonable efforts to review its materials for accuracy, clarity, and consistency. Nevertheless, the materials may contain errors, omissions, typographical mistakes, technical inaccuracies, outdated information, or differences in interpretation.
